French Specialties - by Sophie and Angélique
The frog legs are eaten with the fingers.
they make our European neighbours quiver.
We think they aren't really excellent.
But they are part of our patrimony.
The "Fois Gras" is a culinary specialty.
The tradition of the "Fois Gras" was perpetuated after the fall of the Roman Empire in central Europe , in the Hebrew community.
It can be prepared in different ways:
-raw
-half-cooked
-baked
France is the first consumer of this product.
We traditionnaly eat it throughout the celebration meals, for example, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
